Community news: Onesteel christmas Pageant date announced

Whyalla’s much-loved Christmas on the Avenue, featuring the OneSteel Christmas Pageant, is back this year even bigger and better.

Festivities will kick off on Saturday 29 November with the OneSteel Christmas Pageant along Nicolson Avenue, before celebrations continue in Civic Park with the After Pageant Fair and Community Christmas Carols, coordinated by the Whyalla Show Society.

Along with its sponsorship, OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) will again be represented in the pageant with its Polar Express train float and a contingent of employees and their families handing out treats and cheer.

Details on the OneSteel float and participation will be released soon for those employees interested for themselves and/or with their family and friends.
