Hot Rolled Structurals

Hot Rolled Structural Steel Sections produced by OneSteel Manufacturing are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of Australian Standard AS/NZS 3679.1 Structural steel – hot rolled bars and sections.

OneSteel Manufacturing produce and supply a range of Universal Beams & Columns, Parallel Flange Channels, Angles and Universal Bearing Piles in lengths from 9.0m to 18.0m. Details of sections offered can found in the Hot Rolled Structural Product and Availability Guide.

300PLUS® Steel is manufactured by OneSteel Manufacturing for hot rolled Structural Steel Sections for the Australia market. 300PLUS® is produced to exceed the minimum requirements of AS/NZS 3679.1 grade 300. The following AS/NZS 3679.1 grades are also available; AS/NZS 3679.1 – G350, G300 L0,  G300 L15,  G350 LO and G350 L15.

Rail Products

OneSteel Manufacturing produce high quality Plain Carbon and Head Hardened Rails in a range of sizes for the Australian railway industry including; 41kg, 47kg, 50kg, 53kg 60kg & 68kg. OneSteel Manufacturing produce steel Rails in accordance with Rail Technical (RT) Agreement specifications which detail production of rails in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1085.1-2019 with clarification and enhancements contained therein.

Trak-Lok® Steel Sleeper Systems incorporate the Trak-Lok® resilient fastening system that has been developed specifically for use with Steel Sleepers. OneSteel Manufacturing Steel Sleepers are proudly Australian made.
